HANNO identifies itself with a corporate model in which six stakeholders are united:

Customer
Customer requirements determine our actions and we need their orders to survive. Good products, continuous improvements and the best price-performance-ratio should provide us with satisfied, lasting and partnership customers.

Employees
They are the basis of our success. Only competent, committed and well-trained employees are a guarantee for satisfied customers and a successful company. All of the employees obligate themselves to working in a reliable, honest and cost-conscious manner both alone and as a team in order to achieve mutual success and undergo further training.

Company
We want to offer our customers, employees and owners excellent performances and measure ourselves against our policies and targets, thereby earning a profit. A transparent company policy, flat hierarchies and a good-functioning Quality Management system should help us to make the company continuously more successful within the scope of its financial and innovative possibilities. To this end, the employees should be provided with secure jobs and salaries which are commensurate with their performance (including the participation as a silent partner) but the owner should also be provided with a reasonable profitability.

Suppliers
A successful networking of the processes also necessitates the integration of the raw materials manufacturers and all of our suppliers in an optimal cooperation. Only then can product availability and quality originate in a customer-oriented expectation, whilst at the same time successfully implementing innovations and achieving mutual success.

Quality
The implementation of a Quality Management system in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 which orientates itself at the highest level should increase the securing of the worked markets, especially with regard to automotive applications. The process-oriented approach and identification with clear processes will support the costs-benefits identification and bring us further in fair competition. The customer should recognise our maintained position and expand on this together with us.

Environment
The environmental policy which also comprises the occupational health and safety and the medical services for the protection of our employees has been integrated into the Quality Management system. This area should therefore not lead its own life in isolation, but be a constituent part of all activities. The adherence to all of the relevant legislation is for us a self-evident duty, as with the avoidance of environmental pollution and the manufacturing of pollutant-free (or at least low-pollutant) products. We hold an open dialogue with the authorities and the interested public. Our customers are advised on the environmental aspects of the handling, usage and disposal of our products and packaging in a reasonable manner.
